6. Within a maximum of eight business days, you will receive photos and profiles that match your specified criteria.
   We will then coordinate a meeting where both parties will have prior knowledge of each other’s profile to decide if they would like to move forward with an actual date (which has an additional cost).

VERY IMPORTANT

1. Remember that each personalized appointment has an additional value beyond the investment value of the profile packages.

2. Depending on the package selected, additional profiles will be sent in case of a change of city or marital status of the submitted profiles.

3. Once payment is made, the profile search process begins, and there are no refunds.

4. If a successful appointment is not obtained in the first round of profile submissions, a second round will be scheduled at no additional cost.

5. We take up to 8 business days to submit the first profile submission and up to 8 additional days if an adjustment is needed (second round).

6. Once the profiles are submitted, you have up to 3 business days to submit the prioritization. After submitting the profiles, you have up to 2 months to schedule a new appointment after the previous one, and up to 1 year to contact any profile.
