2. A spot for an event is reserved only after registration and payment.

3. All singles events require participants to have completed a university degree. All other events are open to the general public.

​

4. Full event information is available on our Facebook Events section and on our website.

5. Once you register, we will confirm via WhatsApp if there is availability so you can proceed with the payment.

7. Our events have limited capacity, require advance payment, and we incur expenses based on the confirmed attendee list. If you do not attend the event or arrive after it has started, you will not be allowed to participate, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

8.  Refunds/Rescheduling:

​

• For virtual events, refunds or date changes are only granted if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and must be used within 3 months of the original event date.

• For in-person events, refunds or rescheduling are available only if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and must be used within 6 months of the original event date.

 

9. Liability Limitation for Social Event Organizers and Venue Owners

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nidya Cristina Poveda Espinosa, her collaborators, and the owners of the venues where events are held shall not be held liable for:

​

• Incidents outside of the event timeframe: Any situation involving participants that occurs before or after the official event, including travel time or post-event gatherings. According to Article 16 of the Colombian Civil Code, civil liability is limited to the contractual or extra-contractual relationship between parties, which defines the boundaries of organizer and venue owner responsibility.

• Allergies and health issues: Any health concerns caused by allergies to food or beverages consumed during the event. Attendees will be informed in advance of available food and drink options, allowing them to make informed choices. In line with Article 10 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Act), providers are responsible for adequately informing consumers and are exempt from liability if clear and sufficient information is provided.
