2. Reservation of Spots

A spot at an event is reserved through registration and payment.

​

3. Participation Requirements

All singles events require a completed university degree in order to participate.

Other events on the agenda are open to the general public.

4. Event Information

All the information for each event is fully available in the Facebook events section and on our website.

5. Spot Confirmation

Once you register, availability will be confirmed via WhatsApp so that you can proceed with the payment.

7. Attendance Policy

Our events have limited capacity, require advance payment, and we incur expenses based on the confirmed guest list. If you do not attend the event or arrive once it has already started, you will not be able to participate and there will be NO refund or change of date.

8. Refunds / Date Changes

* For virtual events, refunds or date changes are allowed ONLY if you notify us at least 24 hours before the event, and no later than 3 months after the original event date.

* For in-person events, refunds or date changes are allowed ONLY if you notify us at least 48 hours before the event, and no later than 6 months after the original event date.

* For the personalized service: Once payment is made, the profile search process begins and there are no refunds. Once a confirmed date has been arranged and paid for, a refund will only be granted if the other person does not attend the scheduled meeting.

9. Scheduled Meeting Policy

When a meeting between two participants is arranged:

* Both individuals receive the necessary information to facilitate the meeting

* Punctuality and mutual respect are expected

* If one of the participants does not attend the confirmed meeting, the meeting will be considered fulfilled, unless Generando Conexiones expressly determines otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability for Social Event Organizers and Venue Owners

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall Nidya Cristina Poveda Espinosa, her collaborators, or the owners of the establishments where the events take place be responsible for:

 

* Events outside the event period: Any situation that occurs with participants before or after the period during which the event takes place, including transportation moments or meetings after the conclusion of the event. According to Article 16 of the Colombian Civil Code, civil liability is understood within the context of the contractual and non-contractual relationships between the parties involved, thus limiting the liability of the organizer and venue owners.

 

* Allergies and health conditions: Any health issue experienced by participants due to allergies to food or beverages consumed during the event. Participants will be informed in advance about the available food and beverage options, allowing them to freely choose what they consider most appropriate for their consumption.

According to Article 10 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Protection Statute), providers must adequately inform consumers about the products offered, exempting themselves from liability if clear and sufficient information is provided.

11. Generando Conexiones: Mission and Principles

At Generando Conexiones, our mission is to provide safe and healthy spaces that allow participants to interact in a positive way. To achieve this, all participants are required to strictly adhere to the following principles:

 

* Respect: Recognizing and valuing others, their opinions, beliefs and decisions without discrimination or disrespect.

* Tolerance: Acceptance and respect for diversity of thoughts, beliefs, customs and cultures.

* Patience: Maintaining calm and composure in difficult situations or when dealing with differences.

* Justice: Promoting fairness and equality, ensuring that everyone receives fair and non-discriminatory treatment.

* Communication: Encouraging open and respectful dialogue.

* Empathy: The ability to put oneself in another person’s place.

* Honesty: Being sincere and transparent in our words and actions.

* Punctuality: Respecting the time of others.

 

Any participant who violates any of these principles will be permanently banned from accessing any future events organized by us.

12. Right of Admission and Participation

Generando Conexiones reserves the right of admission and participation in its events and services.

The company may reject participation requests, cancel a registration, or terminate a service process when behaviors such as disrespect, aggression, discrimination, or intimidation toward other participants or the organizing team occur. In such cases, no refund will be granted.

13. Nature of the Service

Generando Conexiones acts as a facilitator of meetings between individuals who wish to expand their social circles or meet potential partners. The company does not guarantee personal attraction, romantic compatibility, or specific results, as these depend exclusively on the decisions and interaction between participants.

​

14. Confidentiality and Use of Information

Contact information shared between participants must be used exclusively for the purpose of getting to know each other. Any misuse of personal data, disclosure of private information, or inappropriate behavior may result in permanent exclusion from future services and events.

15. Acceptance of Policies

By registering for an event, completing a form, or purchasing any service from Generando Conexiones, the participant declares that they:

* Have read these policies

* Understand the nature of the service

* Accept the conditions described herein
